Did I mention that I’m so ready for Fall? I cannot wait for sweater weather but unfortunately for us in the south, we’ll have to wait a little longer. But that’s no reason why I can’t show you some anticipated outfits I can’t wait to rock!
First up is this super casual ensemble. This sweater I purchased last Fall but is actually still available in both this olive color and black. Unfortunately, the ivory one is sold out. I got it at Nordstrom Rack. I absolutely love shopping there because the prices are amazing and they have some super cute stuff. This sweater is on sale for less than $25! My jeans are about $65 but you will get a ton of use out of them because they are really comfy. And my peep toes are also on sale at DSW for just under $40. I love, love, love anything olive colored. To me it just screams Fall and goes with just about anything. Easy to pair with black, burgundy, beige, brown, orange….anything!
Next up is this super cozy sweater! If I choose to wear a bright color on top, it most likely will be paired with a muted bottom and/or shoes. I’m not quite comfortable wearing a ton of color, but I do like to pair my neutrals with one item that pops! And this hot pink sweater hit the spot. I got this bell-sleeved knit at Express a few months ago when they were having a major sale. The purse is Treasure & Bond and is my favorite new accessory. If you recall from an earlier post, I received this satchel in my Trunk Club shipment. The bralette I bought from Altar’d State for about $10. My jeans are STS Blue and the booties are Halogen and come in leopard and red.
And finally, this uber flattering corset top. I love that you can adjust the front and the bow gives it a nice detail. The material is thick and made very well. The top is just under $30 and they have XS through L available as I write this post. My pants are from Banana Republic. Super soft skinny corduroy and is available in this grey, a burgundy red and beige. I love to pair blush pinks with grey and so I knew these Sam Edelman pumps would be ideal for this outfit.
Funny story about this shoot. I actually shot most of it in front of my neighbor’s house. The sun started to beat on my garage and the lighting was really harsh. So I moved it next door. The neighbor two doors down actually mows this particular neighbor’s yard every Sunday and he was in the backyard when we shot this. Poor guy though I was crazy wearing sweaters in 90 degree weather. Shout out to Steve!
Thanks for stopping by!! Until next time…
