If you’ve seen my latest stories on Insta you know that we’ve been dealing with some sick kiddos here at casa de Munoz. It’s been near impossible for me to make it out to the gym while nursing my babe back to health, so an at-home workout was just the ticket.
You need few, if any, equipment to really get in a good workout. A run around the block works wonders. The weather has been rather nasty lately, so we took it to the living room.
I love, love, love using bands and my sliders because I get in a really good, intense workout. I have a few bands with different tensions which allow me to get in some resistance training. The sliders are also great to rev-up the usual lunge and will really target your lower half. Here’s a quick video for you to watch. I’ve shortened the video, but you will do 8 reps each (10 if you’re feeling extra savage) and will repeat 3 times. Make sure you are getting low and really activating that bum.
